Self-leadership workshops s-t-r-e-t-c-h our students

Since the start of 2013 our older students have participated in self-leadership workshops. The aim of these workshops is to encourage our students to understand that they are responsible for their own destiny and to push them to assess what they need to do to reach their goals. These sessions have certainly set some minds racing. The students first considered how they saw themselves and what their dreams and passions were. Then they mapped out what actions they had to take to achieve these goals. As we all know, there is no point in waiting around for someone else to give you what you want. It takes personal hard work and determination.
